NunuPets Privacy Policy
Summary
NunuPets is an offline-first pet game. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your name, phone number, location or contacts, and the game does not send any of your data to our servers. Your game progress stays on your own device.
This Privacy Policy explains how the NunuPets mini game (on WeChat, and the web version of the same game) handles information. "We" and "us" refer to the NunuPets team.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The game has no login, no analytics, no advertising SDK and no network requests to our own servers.
2. Information stored on your device
To work properly, the game keeps the following on your device only, using the local storage provided by WeChat (or your browser for the web version). It is never uploaded to us.

3. Device information read locally
When the game starts, it reads the screen size, safe area, system language and operating system type through the standard WeChat (or browser) interfaces. This is used only on your device to lay out the screen and choose the display language. It is not stored long-term and not sent anywhere.
4. Clipboard
The clipboard is used only when you tap "Export save" or "Import save" in Settings. Exporting copies your save data to the clipboard so you can back it up; importing reads the clipboard once to restore a save you copied. The game never reads the clipboard in the background.
5. Sharing
If you choose to share the game, the system share sheet of WeChat (or your browser) is used. We do not receive information about who you share with.
6. Third parties
NunuPets runs inside WeChat, which is operated by Tencent. Tencent may process information according to its own terms, for example to deliver the mini game to you. Please refer to the WeChat Privacy Policy. We do not share any information with other third parties.
7. Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete it at any time by:
- using "Reset Home" in the game's Settings, or
- removing NunuPets from your WeChat mini game list (or clearing site data in your browser for the web version).
Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore deleted progress. Use "Export save" first if you want a backup.
8. Children
NunuPets is suitable for a general audience. Since we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or China's PIPL), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Because all game data is stored only on your device, you can exercise these rights directly through the steps above. You may also contact us with any questions.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game starts to handle information differently, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.

本隐私政策说明 NunuPets 小游戏（微信小游戏及同款网页版）如何处理信息。文中「我们」指 NunuPets 团队。
一、我们收集的信息
我们不收集个人信息。游戏没有登录，没有统计分析，没有广告 SDK，也不向我们自己的服务器发起任何网络请求。
二、保存在你设备上的信息
为了正常游戏，以下内容仅通过微信（网页版为浏览器）提供的本地存储保存在你的设备上，不会上传给我们：

三、在本地读取的设备信息
游戏启动时会通过微信（或浏览器）的标准接口读取屏幕尺寸、安全区域、系统语言和操作系统类型，仅在你的设备上用于排版画面和选择显示语言，不长期保存，也不会发送到任何地方。
四、剪贴板
只有当你在设置中点「导出存档」或「导入存档」时才会使用剪贴板：导出会把存档复制到剪贴板方便你备份；导入会读取一次剪贴板来恢复你复制的存档。游戏不会在后台读取剪贴板。
五、分享
如果你选择分享游戏，使用的是微信（或浏览器）自带的分享功能。我们不会获得你分享给了谁。
六、第三方
NunuPets 运行在腾讯运营的微信中。腾讯可能依据其自身条款处理信息（例如向你提供小游戏服务），请参阅《微信隐私保护指引》。我们不会与其他任何第三方共享信息。
七、数据的保存与删除
你的数据会一直保存在你的设备上，直到你删除。你可以随时通过以下方式删除：
- 在游戏「设置」中使用「重置小窝」；或
- 从微信小游戏列表中删除 NunuPets（网页版可清除浏览器的网站数据）。
由于我们没有保存任何副本，删除后的进度无法恢复。如需备份，请先使用「导出存档」。
八、未成年人
NunuPets 适合所有年龄段。由于我们不向任何人收集个人信息，因此也不会在知情的情况下收集未成年人的个人信息。
九、你的权利
根据你所在地区的法律（例如 GDPR、英国 GDPR、CCPA/CPRA 或《个人信息保护法》），你可能享有查阅、更正、删除个人信息等权利。由于全部游戏数据只保存在你的设备上，你可以直接按上文步骤行使这些权利，也可以随时联系我们。
十、政策变更
如果游戏处理信息的方式发生变化，我们会在变更生效前更新本页面及上方日期。
